About Princess Gunslinger

Michelle Cerino the Princess Gunslinger

I’m Michelle Cerino, aka Princess Gunslinger, a writer, adventuress, trainer, hunter and Gen X traveler.

In 2011, I first entered the firearms industry as a co-owner, president, and trainer at a national training company. Immediately, I began competing in both 3-Gun and NRA Action Pistol, becoming a sponsored shooter alongside my family.

I have nearly a decade of experience as the managing editor at Women’s Outdoor News, where I have written numerous articles for the site. I also freelance, with past bylines in magazines such as American Frontiersman, The New Pioneer, Gun World, Personal Defense World, Combat Handguns and more. Currently, I contribute to Shooting News Weekly and NRA Shooting Sports USA, where I write a column titled “What’s In Your Range Bag?

As a firearms trainer, I work with Apex Shooting and Tactics, and we run the FASTER Saves Lives program for the Buckeye Firearms Foundation in northern Ohio. Additionally, I have served as an event staff member and social media editor for CZ-USA Field Sports. At present, I am also the social media editor for both FASTER Saves Lives and retired competitive shooter Vera Koo.

I invite you to follow along as I enjoy life and every experience it has to offer. It’s now my time to step out of the comforts of home and explore. For as Glinda, the Good Witch of the North once said, “You’ve always had the power, my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself.” I’ve found my power; watch me go!
